U-AGREE I Plenary Meeting with Advisory Board

Rome, 23 May 2025 — The U-AGREE Consortium convened in Rome for a pivotal Plenary Meeting with the Advisory Board (AB), marking an important moment in the project’s progress. Hosted by EuroUSC Italia at the Domus Australia venue, the event brought together project partners and board members for a day of in-depth discussion, feedback, and collaboration.

The meeting agenda was designed to foster a shared understanding of project achievements and next steps. It included:

• Welcome and opening remarks from the Project Coordinator
• A comprehensive overview of the project’s objectives and progress
• Detailed presentations from each Work Package (WP) lead
• Interactive sessions to gather insights and recommendations from Advisory Board members

The collaborative format ensured that feedback could be collected in a direct, constructive, and participatory way—strengthening alignment between the project’s strategic direction and stakeholder expectations.

The Advisory Board, composed of leading experts in U-space, aviation safety, regulation, and innovation, provided valuable insights on U-AGREE’s technical work and its potential real-world applications. Their contributions are helping to refine the project’s integrated risk modelling framework and ensure alignment with both regulatory developments and operational needs.

The exchange was described by participants as inspiring and productive, reinforcing the consortium’s shared commitment to supporting the safe and sustainable integration of unmanned aircraft into European airspace.
